Starbucks is open from 5 to 7 a.m. Sundays through Saturdays and from 5 to 7 a.m. on weekdays.   Hours of operation may vary from store to store, so make sure you double-check with your local store.

During the week, Starbucks is open until 10 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and until 8 p.m. on Sunday.

The name Starbuck comes from a ship in Moby Dick named Starbuck. The name was chosen, the company says because it was inspired by “the romance of the high seas and the seafaring heritage of early coffee traders.”
